How to Obtain the Commercial NPI    
  • npi_testThe NPI is copyrighted to Dr. Jeffrey Cummings.
  • A licensing fee is necessary to include the NPI as an outcome in a clinical trial.
  • A separate fee is necessary for each trial.
  • The fee for use of the NI in each trial is $10,000 USD. (subject to change)
  • The NPI may be obtained by entering your information below, including the agreement that your company will pay the licensing fee, and then downloading the NPI from this site.
  • You will automatically be invoiced for the NPI. Please follow-up with prompt payment of the fee.
  • If questions arise in the course of your trial regarding the NPI, please contact Dr. Cummings.
